Joe Frank Woodside passed away peacefully in Haxtun on Monday, Aug. 19 at the age of 87. Joe was born on Feb. 14 1937 to Oakley and Mabel (Tilman) Woodside in McKenzie, Tenn. Joe attended Fulton High School in Fulton, Kent. After graduation, he went on to attend Murray State University, in Murray Kent. In 1958 Joe enlisted in the United States Army where he served with the Army Security Agency, as a communications expert. Joe served the until 1963, spending most of his service time in Germany....
