USDA funding available for ag operations

USDA accepting Environmental Quality Incentive applications until Friday, April 10

 


United States Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service State Conservationist in Colorado is accepting applications for enrollment into the Environmental Quality Incentives Program. Through EQIP, agricultural producers receive financial and technical assistance to implement structural and management conservation practices that optimize environmental benefits on working agricultural land. All applications must be received by Friday, April 10. Landowners in Sedgwick and Phillips counties can submit applications to the Julesburg or Holyoke field offices.
