Students in Mrs. Sara Michael's Kindergarten class at Haxtun Elementary School shared their favorite Thanksgiving recipes below:

Green beans by Tyson Bazan

Put green beans in the pot. Put the bacon in the pot. Put candy sauce in a pot. Put it in a pan. Put the pan in the oven on three degrees for 14 minutes. Open the oven and grab it out carefully and then eat it.

Turkey by Tyndle McConnell

First, I cut it open. Then I take the meat out. Then we turn it into hamburger with a grounder. Then we wash it out. We set it out with our laundry to dry. Add some salt and pepper and then we toss it in the oven at 40 degrees for thirty minutes. Now take it out and then we pass it onto the counter. Then we take a baby turkey and then I sleep with it and turn it into a pillow.

Turkey by Victoria Clark

Wash the turkey. Put some salt and pepper on the turkey. Put it in the oven at 18 degrees for 14 minutes. Take it out of the oven and then eat it.

Rolls by Kenny Grilli

I put the milk in the kitchen and then put it in the fridge for a second. Take the milk out and put it in a bowl and stir it. Then put the bowl into the oven for a second. Mix in the pepper and then it is done.

Turkey by Lincoln Bowers

We put the turkey on the pan. I put the ingredients on the turkey. These are the ingredients: salt, leaves and lemons. We put them in the oven at 672 degrees for 60 minutes. Get it out of the oven and then I eat it.

Pumpkin pie by Leyton Sparks

Put dough in the pumpkin pie. Shake salt on it. Put it in the frying pan. Put it in the oven for 200 minutes at 200 degrees. Take it out of the oven and blow on it. Then we eat it.

Sweet potatoes

by Maddie Deering

Put sweet potatoes in a pan. Get some butter and put it in. Get the milk out of the fridge and put it in. Put it in the oven for 10 minutes at forty-two degrees. The oven beeps and you take it out. Get a plate out and get the sweet potatoes out. Eat them!

Apple pie by Taeden Holcomb

Make the dough. Put the dough in the pan. Smoosh the apples and put them in the apple pie. We put sugar next. Put it in the oven for 50 minutes at 60 degrees. Put it on the table and eat it!

Four piece pie

by Kortlyn Carpenter

Lay the crust down. Add the pumpkins. Add the cranberries. Add the apples. Add the raisins. Then I mix it up. Then I put it into the oven for 30 minutes at 30 degrees. Then I take it out and then I let it sit for one hour. Then I cool it off. Then I put it on the table and then I eat it.

Apple pie by Pearce Van Alstein

Cut the apples. Blend them with apple sauce. Place it in a pan and put it in the oven for 10, 100 minutes at two degrees. Take it out of the oven and then you eat it.

Mashed potatoes and gravy

by Pete Salyards

Buy the potatoes. Take them home. Then I peel them. Put salt and pepper on them. Put them in the oven for one hour at 100 degrees. Then I take them out and let them cool off. I make some gravy out of some broth. Then I eat the potatoes and gravy!
