The Sedgwick County/Fleming wrestling team traveled to Akron on Friday, March 6 and Saturday, March 7 for the 2021 2A Regional Tournament. The 106–145-pound wrestlers competed on Friday and the 152–285-pound wrestlers competed on Saturday. The team finished the weekend in fourth place with 114 points behind Wray with 220 points and Highland and Yuma each with 115 points. SCF has three state qualifiers, 113-pound senior Marco Martinez, 152-pound junior Hayden Burr and 195-pound senior Fabian Lopez.
