When Amy Seinfeld became an empty nester, she knew in her heart where she'd move to next. She was set on trading in her Florida beaches for Colorado mountains, and although she got the majestic views of the great plains instead, she's still bright-eyed about her decision.

"I look forward to sitting on my deck at the end of a long day to cozy up with some hot chocolate, watch my dogs play and horses run free," she said. "It's the perfect tranquil setting."
