Kenneth Dale Fisher Jr. passed away on Jan. 1, 2022 in Akron at the age of 77.

Kenneth was born in Mt. Clemens, Mich. to Kenneth Dale Fisher Sr. and Josephine LaForge on Jan. 25, 1944. Kenny was the second born of six children.

Ken joined the Navy on July 31, 1961 and served until May 29, 1963 and was on the USS Mahan as a boilerman. He spent time in Alaska, Hawaii, China, Japan and Vietnam.

He went on to work as a truck driver until becoming disabled in the late 80s.

Ken had a very distinct laugh. If you were in a room full of people and heard his laugh, you'd say, "Is Kenny here?...
