National Renewable Solutions, a Minnesota based renewable energy developer, has recently surpassed a critical mass of acreage under lease for land planned to site two separate wind projects in Northeast Colorado - Overland Pass East, located between Julesburg and Holyoke, and Overland Pass West, located south of Haxtun.
