Finnis Dwayne Brown went to meet his Heavenly Father on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2023 at the age of 95.

He was born July 28, 1927 in Yetta to Abe Brown and Beulah P. (Cochran) Brown. Finnis graduated from Fleming High School in Fleming. He joined the United States Navy and served in WWII, spending most of his time in the Philippines.
