May 18, 1938

Dr. Limus Maurice Raring, Haxtun physician, passed away at a Sterling hospital Saturday afternoon. He had not fully recovered from an attack of influenza. He was taken to Sterling in the ambulance Friday suffering from pneumonia, which illness caused his death.

Gracie Allen and George Burns and Martha Raye head the All-Star cast of the new paramount musical comedy, "College Swing," which comes to the Rialto Theater Friday and Saturday.
