The Haxtun Police Department re-registered a sex offender living within Haxtun's city limits. Steven Michael Saign lives in the 200 block of North Wallace Avenue. According to the local PD, Saign is a dual resident, meaning he is registered at two locations; one on North Wallace Avenue and a another on County Road 7 in Phillips County. This is his required annual registration.
