Eliyahu Maarav
The Haxtun Police Department registered a sex offender in city limits last week. Eliyahu Nachman Maarav, age 36, is registered in the 500 block of Fairview Avenue.
Maarav was convicted of possession of child pornography in April 2017 in Baltimore County, Md. He is required to register as a sex offender annually.
