1. Please give some background/history on the opening/purchase of your business.

In September 1996, 21st Century Equipment, Inc., was organized to purchase the John Deere dealership in Alliance, NE. In October 2013 21st Century Equipment, LLC, purchased MV Equipment, which included the Holyoke location. In June 2023, 21st Century Equipment merged with 4Rivers Equipment creating a total of 26 locations.
