Saign re-registers with HPD

The Haxtun Police Department re-registered a sex offender living within Haxtun's city limits. Steven Michael Saign lives in the 200 block of North Wallace Avenue.

Saign was convicted of sex assault on a child and sex assault on a child, age 15-18, by someone in a position of trust on Nov. 29, 2012 in El Paso County. According to the local police department, Saign is required to register quarterly....
