THE HAXTUN TOWN Council honored Rick Lockwood, left, and Todd Workman, right, for their 16 years of combined service as elected officials after stepping down from their roles last Monday. Workman served first as a council member alongside Lockwood before being elected Mayor in 2016. The Council also honored Jason Hadeen, who was unable to attend the meeting, but served for a total of eight years for the Town of Haxtun.
