The Haxtun Police Department re-registered William Riley as a registered sex offender within Haxtun’s city limits last week.

On July 31, the HPD re-registered William Riley, 33, who lives in the 200 block of East Fletcher Street. Riley is required, by law, to register annually on his date of birth due to a conviction of attempted sexual assault on a child in Phillips County in 2007....
