This May was the 75th anniversary of the Class of 1945 that graduated from Haxtun High School. Five members of that class live in the area: Edith (Harms) Evans, Sterling, Eloise (Lundberg) Harms and her husband, Virgil Harms, Paoli, and Wilbur Kipp and Jack Falk, both in Haxtun. I have been informed that Viola (Cunningham) Lambert resides in California. Two members of our class who resided in Haxtun passed away in the last year include Ida Mae (Chamblin) Wisdom and Clark Starkebaum.
