The Haxtun Police Department re-registered William Riley as a registered sex offender within Haxtun’s city limits last week.

Riley, 33, lives in the 200 block of East Fletcher Street. Riley is required, by law, to register annually on his date of birth due to a conviction of attempted sexual assault on a child in Phillips County in 2007.
