CONSTRUCTION is finished and the Fleming Clinic is open to patients. Haxtun Health hosted a private VIP ribbon cutting last week. Those in attendance include (l-r), Joleen Stroyek, Haxtun Health Chief Financial Officer; Susan Vaughan, Haxtun Health Chief Operations Officers; Dr. Amy Seinfeld, Haxtun Health Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine; Jessica Bullard, Haxtun Health Nurse Practitioner; Dewane Pace, Haxtun Health Chief Executive Officer; Kent Bamford, Haxtun Health Board President; Glenna Aurich, Logan County Chamber President; Greg Etl, Department of Local Affairs; Ann Helstom, Centennial Mental Health Center; Jenn Oberle, Haxtun Chamber of Commerce Director; Darlene Carpio from the office of Representative Ken Buck, and Julia Biesemeier, Haxtun Health Chief Community Relations Officer.

Before remodel, the Fleming Clinic totaled just around 600 square feet with a waiting room and limited exam rooms. Now, the new clinic is 2,500 square feet with enough space to see patients five days a week in addition to a counseling room staffed by Centennial Mental Health. The remodel, completed by Marv Einspahr Construction, was funded by the Department of Local Affairs and the Colorado Health Foundation.
