Six boys and girls, graduates of Haxtun High School, are now members of the student body at Colorado State College of Education located in Greeley. They are Phyllis Anderson, Ruth Cheramy, Geraldine Gebhard, Evangeline Mooney, Donald Schachterle, and Gardner Wood.
Old-age pensions were paid to 92-persons in Phillips County during the month of November. The average pension paid was $27.39 per person, ranging from $12 to $30 each.
