Haxtun Lady Bulldogs notch 5-point win over Akron Rams at home

In their final two weeks of regular season basketball action, the Haxtun Lady Bulldogs picked up a much needed league win over Akron at home last week. Haxtun edged out the fellow Lower Platte League Lady Rams in their solo home game of the week. The following night, the Lady Bulldogs hit the road as the team traveled to face Merino. Despite a tough battle with the Lady Rams, Haxtun suffered a nine-point loss in Merino on Friday to go 1-1 for the week.
