Lions Club hosts Chuckwagon

THE HAXTUN Lions Club hosted the 47th annual Chuckwagon Dinner and Show Saturday night. Above, Lions Club members Winston Ham and Lyle and Debby McBride serve dinner. The event began with dinner and fellowship followed by a performance from Orion and Stacey Potter.
According to Lions Club member Ross Edwards, the event drew nearly 300 attendees. Additionally, more than 80 trail boss packages were purchased for the annual event that benefits local community projects, benefits and needs.
