The Fleming Town Council met for their regular monthly meeting on Wednesday, Oct.19 at the Fleming Town Hall. The meeting was called to order by Mayor Stefan Betley at 6:31 p.m. The following council members were present: Andrew Muller, Cathy Castillo, Bill Langridge, Suzanne Wales and Alex Gapter (arrived at 6:33 p.m.). Bonnie Jackson joined the meeting via conference call. 

Also present:  Lewis Frank, Keith Beck (left at 7:20 p.m.), Michelle Asfeld, Joelle Gapter (arrived at 6:33 p.m., left at 7:19 p.m.), Grace Rossignol (left at 7:21 p.m.) and Samantha Nielsen (left at 7 p.m.). ...
