HPD registers sex offender

The Haxtun Police Department registered a new sex offender in Haxtun's city limits. Ronald Arthur Gilbert, 77, lives in the 200 block of West Fletcher Street.
Gilbert was convicted of at-risk sexual contact, no consent, in Fort Morgan in August 2010. He is required to register with law enforcement annually.
