Harts selected as PC Fair Grand Marshals

This year's Phillips County Fair Grand Marshals, selected by the Phillips County Fair Board, Phil and Lavonne Hart.
Details of the 2023 Phillips County Fair are out and organizers are gearing up for a full-filled week July 25-30 at the fairgrounds in Holyoke. The local fair board recently announced that Haxtun's Phil and LaVonne Hart will be honored as Grand Marshals of this year's week-long event this summer.
The theme for the Fair will be, "Red, White and Blue - Veterans We Honor You!" While the official schedule is still being finalized, the Fair board announced new events like a CPRA rodeo, a hypnotist, kids pedal pull and bingo.
Fair books and event attendance wrist bands will be out in a few months and will be available at local Haxtun and Holyoke businesses.
