Busy week for Haxtun track team; boys' relay sets another record

 


It’s been a busy week for the Haxtun Bulldog track team. Tracksters are running faster, jumping further and throwing harder as the season nears the finale. In doing so, the boys four-by-100 meter relay team that broke the school record just several weeks ago broke it again. The team broke their own record of 44.60 with a new record time of 44.41. The team is made up of Michael Gerk, Ryland Wolff, Kyle Fryrear and Josh Wright.

The Colorado State Track Meet is slated next Thursday, Friday and Saturday at Jefferson County Stadium in Lakewood.
