The 2023 Phillips County Fair is just around the corner. The event is slated for July 25-30 in Holyoke at the PC Fairgrounds. The local Fair Board recently released this year’s Fair book which are now available in businesses in Haxtun and Holyoke. Look for the red, white and blue colored cover at many local businesses.
