Two of Fran Gilliland’s granddaughters and their husbands Rachel Garrett and Justin DeWolf and Samantha Garrett and Mason France had the words significant other inserted before their husbands' names in her obituary that ran several weeks ago. These two couples are actually married, with the wives having chosen to retain their maiden names. Our apologies to Fran’s family.
