Alma D. Frank passed away peacefully at her home in the early evening of July 21, 2023. A lifelong resident of the Rockland and Dailey community, she spent just over 68 years on that rock hill, raising her family and supporting her community in various ways.

Alma was born in Haxtun on Dec. 12, 1928 to Fred J. and Clara (Hoffner) Fetzer. She was the third of nine children, growing up in the Rockland community, attending grade school there.
