Everything is in readiness for the opening of the Phillips County Fair for Aug. 22, 23 and 24. The entertainment includes novelty races, horse races, motorcycle races, band concerts, free acts, attractions, dances and baseball games. The rates for grandstand, bleachers and quarter stretch are 10 and 35 cents in the afternoon and five and 10 cents in the evening.
