Lady Wildcats take losses at Weldona and Simla over past week

The Fleming Lady Wildcats suffered a pair of road losses over the past week to two highly ranked teams.
The week opened at Weldon on Thursday, Oct. 6, where the Lady Wildcats faced off with the Lady Warriors for the second time this season. Weldon Valley holds the second spot in league standings behind Briggsdale; Fleming stands in number three.
Both outings between the two squads went the distance, ending after five sets of play. In the most recent match, Fleming took victories in sets one and two, 25-22 and 25-21. Weldon Valley won the remaining three close sets, 25-22, 25-20 and 15-...
