While on a campaigning trip in this part of the state, U.S. senator Alva B. Adams visited Haxtun for a short time last Friday, and was entertained at a luncheon at the Haxtun Café.

Bryant News - Mr. and Mrs. Henry Ewers are the parents of a baby boy born at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Sterling.
