Wildcats to close against top-ranked Eagles

The Wildcats kept pace with the Falcons for the entire contest, but found themselves down by four at the final horn. Briggsdale maintains the top spot in league standings with an undefeated league record.

Last week, the Wildcats hosted the top-ranked team in League 1 - the Briggsdale Falcons. Briggsdale entered with an undefeated 4-0 league record.
The two squads matched efforts in the opening quarter at Fleming on Friday night both putting one touchdown on the scoreboard to tie at 6-all. Fleming gained an advantage in the second quarter and half closed with the home team on top, 22-14.
