Keegan Colglazier, Haxtun High School senior, signed a letter of intent to play college football in Salina, Kan. at Kansas Wesleyan University in the fall. The upcoming graduate played four years with the Bulldogs and while doing so, was a part of the team that clinched the school's eighth State Championship as well as a runner-up title and a final four finish.

"What really peaked our interest in Keegan is that he can make plays all over the football field, Justin Sullivan, KW Assistant Coach said. "He is athletic, aggressive and overall a good person who can become a great leader in our program as well."

Throughout his time as a Bulldog, Colglazier caught 45 passes for 914 yards and 14 touchdowns. On defense, he registered 243 total tackles; 62 solo and 181 assisted. He also notched seven sacks on opponent quarterbacks.

In his time in the red and black, he tallied five fumble recoveries and seven interceptions.

"I think Keegan will bring a great work ethic and a lot of potential to this team, said Sullivan. "I do foresee Keegan playing somewhere on the defensive side of the football at either linebacker or defensive end."

In 2024, Colglazier was named to Colorado High School's All-State Second Team. He was also honored as All-Conference for his efforts his senior season.

While playing for the Coyotes in Kansas, Colglazier plans to further his education in business marketing.

"The qualities he brings as a student and as a football player will add value to our team. We are excited to see what he can do when we get him on campus!" Sullivan said.
