THERE may have been snow on the ground this week, but progress is moving forward at the new Haxtun Swimming Pool. Construction crews have installed a portion of the fence, finishing work is taking place inside the bathhouse and once concrete work is complete on the front side of the site, the remainder of the fence will be installed. Hopes are to open the pool the first of June....
