Skip the long, expensive trips to the front range. Many of the services you are looking for are offered locally at Haxtun Health where you are more than just a chart.

Behavioral Health

Alongside Haxtun Health, our Behavioral Health Counselor, Rachael Fryrear, LPC, is dedicated to supporting mental and emotional well-being. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, addiction or other mental health concerns, we’re here to listen and guide you toward healing. Fryrear’s appointments won’t be hitting the patient’s pocket books throughout 2024. We believe that cost shouldn’t be a hurdle when it comes to mental health.

Gastroenterology

Gastroenterologists treat all the organs in the digestive system. Dr. Jimmy Giang and Dr. Noah Settergren, offer endoscopy procedures and gastroenterology consultations. Whether it’s addressing gastrointestinal issues such as colonoscopies, Hepatitis or ulcerative colitis; just to name a few, Haxtun Health is committed to your digestive wellness.

General Surgery

Haxtun Health’s General Surgery Unit boasts two great physicians; Charles Frankum, MD, and Megan McKenna, DO. They diagnose and manage a broad array of medical conditions before, during and after surgery. They specialize in procedures such as lipoma excisions, skin biopsies, endoscopies and colonoscopies.

Orthopedics

The orthopedic team at Haxtun Health treats patients of all ages and activity levels. The clinic provides complete care, from initial diagnosis to rehabilitation services and surgery when needed. Pre-operative and follow-up care for surgery can all be done right here at Haxtun Health.

They will evaluate, treat symptoms and perform surgeries related to arthritis, hip and knee joint replacement, ligament injuries, shoulder and rotator cuff issues, pediatric fractures and conditions, sports rehabilitation and injury care and much more.

Chronic pain can significantly impact your quality of life. The pain management team employs evidence-based approaches to alleviate pain and improve your daily functions. Our providers offer many pain management treatment options including thoracic and lumbar injections, joint injections, trigger point injections, chronic headache treatments and PICC lines.

Podiatry

Foot and Ankle Surgeon, Jacob Stuart, visits the Haxtun Health campus twice a month to treat those struggling with foot pain and strain. He has also helped countless patients heal old wounds that they have lived with for years. Stuart also custom fits orthotics for those who could benefit from them.

Sleep Studies

Getting good rest can be a challenge and is reflected in our daily lives and in our overall health. Sleep studies are a great tool that can help diagnose conditions such as sleep apnea. Sleep studies are conducted in a private, comfortable room right here at Haxtun Health.
