Freemyer family holds reunion

SEVERAL DESCENDANTS of James Pomeroy and Clara Dell (Hill) Freemyer met recently for a family reunion at the Haxtun Park. The Freemyers were a Haxtun pioneer family who farmed south of Haxtun and many of their relatives remain in the Haxtun area.
