Sorghum Field Days scheduled for September

Colorado State University Extension, Colorado Sorghum Producers and the CSU Crops Testing Program invite the public to attend one of several Sorghum Field Days to see new and adapted hybrids side-by-side in trial plots.

Plans are to discuss hybrid characteristics, new herbicide tolerant hybrids, production challenges and agronomy. Field days will be held at the Akron USDA-ARS Station, four miles east of Akron on Hwy. 34 at 8:30 a.m. on Sept. 13; Walsh at the Plainsman Research Center farm at 10 a.m. on Sept. 15; and Sheridan Lake at our field site, six miles north of Brandon on CR 59 at 9 a.m. on Sept. 20.
