Wildcats compete at Last Chance

Four-by-200-meter & 800 Sprint Medley relays Kally Kirkwood, Lexi Schaefer, Siena Donnelson & Maddy Harms

The Fleming Wildcat track team wrapped up the regular track and field season at the Last Chance Meet in Limon last Saturday. Top-10 placers from the meet are as follows:

Girls

3,200-meter run: Emoree Lousberg, ninth, 6:50.98.

300-meter hurdles: Ciana Lousberg, eighth, 54.87.

Four-by-400-meter relay Maddy Harms, Ciana Lousberg, Siena Donnelson & MadiKay Serrato

Four-by-100-meter relay: Team of Kally Kirkwood, Maddy Zink, Lexi Schaefer and Siena Donnelson, fourth, 54.52.

Triple jump: Brooke Schaefer, seventh, 30 feet, one-half inch.

High jump: Ashley Bornhoft, tie for ninth, four feet, three inches.

Pole vault: MadiKay Serrato, ninth, seven feet.

The girls' team finished in 23rd out of 46 teams competing.

Boys

100-meter dash: Nolan Japp, tie for fifth, 11.75.

3,200-meter run: Jared Betley, sixth, 11:57.10.

Four-by-100-meter relay: Team of Kale Volkman, Matix Haney, Pierson Japp and Nolan Japp, fifth, 49.17.

The boys' team finished in 19th place out of 45 teams competing.
