Two talents set to take Corn Festival stage on Sept. 30

THE EMMETT BROWER Band returns to Haxtun for the second time. They will headline the 101st Corn Festival concert.
Evening entertainment returns for the annual Corn Festival celebration slated for the last Saturday in September in downtown Haxtun. This year's event will feature performances by Shooter Jaxx and The Emmett Bower Band. Gates open on Sept. 30 at 6 p.m. with music starting at 7 p.m.
Shooter Jaxx will kick things off in downtown Haxtun on Saturday evening. The group, who formed in 2018, debuted their first album, Cabin Fever, in the spring of 2019. The Shooter Jaxx group offers a unique fusion of country and rock music. Honey Whiskey Lips, the groups newest single, released in 2021....
