Fire department responds to accident

HAXTUN VOLUNTEER Firemen responded to a car versus semi accident on Monday morning, just before noon. The semi involved spilled over along the shoulder of Highway 6 just outside of Haxtun to the west. The driver of the car was transported to a local hospital.
