Steven Dennis Salvador passed away on Tuesday Nov. 7, 2023 in Sterling at the age of 72.

Steve was born on May 31, 1951 to Harry and Mary (Reynolds) Salvador in Holyoke. Steve attended the Haxtun Schools.

Steve married Pamela Ruth Hadeen on Feb. 14,1971 from this union Kevin Salvador and Robin Fugate were born. On June 2, 1995 he married Pamela Eugin Wilkerson and brought Tony Thomas and Meridith Bredemeier to the family. Steve held various jobs over his life span, but his all-time favorite was being a cowboy.

Steve is survived by son Kevin and wife Sherry Salvador; daughter Robin and husband Jeff Fugate; granddaughter Katie Thomas; sisters Laurie Gibbs and Barb and husband Bill Holcomb; step-children Tony Thomas and Meredith and husband Jeremey Bredemeier; grandsons Preston, Carson, Dylon and Jase; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.

Steve is preceded in death by wife Pam Salvador; parents Harry and Mary Salvador; brother-in-law Gary Gibbs; and grandson Jonathan Fugate.
