Miss Ruth Price and Veylerd Baker, Haxtun young people, were married Sunday afternoon at two o'clock at the home of the bride. The ring ceremony was performed by the Rev. R.W. Drummond of the Methodist Church, with members of the families in attendance. The bride is the daughter of Ray Price, and is a young woman of pleasing personality. She was reared in the Haxtun community and was graduated from the Haxtun High School in 1937. Mr. Baker is the son of Mr. and Mrs. L.L. Baker.
