Five members of the Fleming Lady Wildcat volleyball squad earned All-Conference accolades for their performance on the court following completion of the 2023 season. The season ended for the Lady Wildcats in the Regional Tournament and they finished with a 12-12 overall record.

Sophomores Ashley Bornhoft and Ciana Lousberg were selected for All-Conference honors. Senior MadiKay Serrato and sophomores Brooke Schaefer and Quincy Stull earned All-Conference, Honorable Mention designation.
