1. Please give some background/history on the opening/purchase of your business.

Spelts Roofing was opened by Clayton “Pete” Spelts in 1969. After 53 successful years in business, Pete retired and sold the company to Josh and Jessica Freeman in 2022. The Freemans are dedicated to maintaining the quality workmanship associated with Spelts Roofing. We are now celebrating 55 years of business.

2. What are the owners/key players in your building?

Owners, Josh and Jessica Freeman and their daughters Julia and Josie. Office Manager, Janice Everitt, 28 years of service and dedication. Manager of Labor Crews, Pablo Florez, 19 years of service.

3. What services/products do you offer your customers?

Comprehensive Roofing Solutions — New Roofing, Re-Roofing, Tear-off and Disposal, Roof Repair, Storm, Hail Wind Damage Repair and more. We service all of northeast Colorado and some southwestern Nebraska.
