HH partners with HPRN to offer training on mental health conversations

Haxtun Health, in partnership with the High Plains Research Network is hosting a free COMET training on Wednesday, June 12, from 12-1:30 p.m. at the Haxtun Community Center at 125 East Wilson Street in Haxtun.

COMET (Changing Our Mental and Emotional Trajectory) is a unique program developed in rural eastern Colorado. It equips community members with seven simple guiding questions to initiate conversations about mental and emotional well-being with someone they might be concerned about.
